Problem Note 59401: After you upgrade or migrate from SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.1 to 3.2, the UI does not show the published state of instances

After you upgrade or migrate from SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.1 to 3.2, you must publish instances a second time in order for the user interface to show the published state.
This problem occurs because the cache of instances is not updated properly in the internal processing.
There are no errors or warnings.
There is no workaround.
